The average sized home takes 2 to 3 hours and includes a visual examination of the house from top to bottom.  The inspector examines the heating and central air-conditioning systems, interior plumbing and electrical systems, kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, visible insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, roof, attic, basement or crawl space, and the foundation and grounds.

ODHI also offers radon testing to meet real estate contract requirements.
